Payment
We are only able to accept credit card payments through PayPal.

Shipping
We mail all of our items by International Airmail shipping, using the South African Post Office.

International Airmail takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks to most international locations.

Package Registration
All packages are sent by Registered Mail, which includes a tracking number. (Please note there is no online tracking facility).  If your package has not been received within 3 to 4 weeks, please contact us and we will request our post office to trace the package.

Packaging
We take pride in packaging our items very carefully.  If you have any specific packaging requests, please contact us.  Please note that there may be an additional charge for special packaging if this makes the package heavier.

Returns
Due to the fact that this is an international transaction, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns. If your CD or DVD is faulty, please let us know. We would need you to return the item and then we will either replace it or offer a refund for the value of the item.  (Excluding shipping charge).

Please remember that all our DVDs are Region 2 (unless otherwise noted). Region 2 DVDs are viewable in Europe, United Kingdom and South Africa. If you are not from one of these areas you will need to have a multi regional DVD player to view the DVD. Please make sure you have the correct DVD player before purchasing Region 2 DVDs.
